GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: Why do I have to sign up now when it's always been free ?
A: We have spent lots of money from our own pockets keeping this site active over the last 3 years. With the massive popularity it now has, it's just not possible for us to that anymore. Users are still able to download files from the whole selection of material that has been uploaded but there is a daily download limit set. If you want to download more, then support the site by joining up and getting premium membership.

Q: Can i see everything with a free acount ?
A: Yes, you have access to all the images and movie clips.

Q: How many images and movies are there on the site ?
A: Now serving : 23238 images & 590 movies

Q: Why is the daily limit for the free account to download stuff so small ? I can't get a lot.
A: The daily limit is set at such a rate to offset the difference of what it costs us to run the site and what we recoup back in costs with premium membership signups. The daily limit will change and settle to a more reasonable limit once the premium site has found it's footing.

Q: What does a premium membership give me ?
A: Premium membership gives you an unlimited download limit.

Q: You get Error 403: Access Denied/Forbidden
You get sent back to login when you try and view an image
You get a html page when you try and save a movie
You lose more quota than you have actually lose
A:This behaviour may occur if you are running a download assistant, or web accelerator software. Disable the software and try again.

Q: How can i contribute ?
A: You can contribute by taking screen caps and movie clips from live feeds and uploading them in the file format : BBSeries_Date_Housemate_Description-[YourName].extension , for example , BBAU3-2003_11_11-Sarah_Showering01-[myname].file. Your username must be between the square brackets for you to get recognition as a contributor.

Q: I have files up upload, how do i upload?
A: Email technical support for access.

Q: How much do i have to contribute to get a free premium membership ?
A: There is no set limit, but you must upload regularly and a decent amount of movie clips and images. Contact the administrator for more information.

Q: How do i take screen caps and movie clips?
A: Read our tutorial for help on taking screen caps and movie clips.

Q: I downloaded a video but it won't play.
A: Read our technical guide for help on viewing downloaded movie clips.

Q: How often is the site updated?
A: The members area on Reality Skin is updated weekly. We have dozens of users all contributing images and files so there is always lots going on.

BILLING QUESTIONS

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?
A: Yes! We use state-of-the-art secure payment processing. We use Verotel, a company provides billing for subscription based internet websites. 128 bit encryption of your information is used from when you enter your details, to where it is stored in the database. The billing server is behind multiple firewalls, and credit card information is only kept for as long as your subscription is active. As soon as you cancel, your information is deleted.

Q: After I join, is cancellation easy?
A: Absolutely. The process is painless; it is explained in the initial e-mail that is sent to you after setting up your membership account. You can cancel at any time and your credit card will cease to be billed beginning the next billing period. The process is fully automated so you really can cancel ANY time. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q. What name will appear on my credit card statement?
A. Nothing embarassing of course. The company appearing on your credit card statement will be Verotel..
